General Policy
Booking Process: When booking an appointment you will be redirected to the booking site. Please fill out all required information and complete all intake forms sent to your email. Forms must be completed before the start of service.
Payments: All appointments require a card on file to be serviced. We accept all major credit cards, debit, cash and Apple Pay. If you plan to pay in cash you will still need a card on file. Please bring exact cash and anything more you wish to leave, we do not carry cash for change.
Cancellations & Same Day Reschedule: All cancellations require a prior 24 hour notice to avoid any charges to the card on file. Same day cancellations and rescheduling on the day of your appointment will result in a 50% service charge. Same day rescheduling is considered a cancellation for the day because the time reserved has now been lost and not able to rebook. You will need to book a new appointment.
Late Policy: All services have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes your appointment will be canceled and charged 50% of service. A new appointment will need to be booked. Excessive tardies (3 or more) will result in being blocked from booking.
No Show Policy: All no call/ no shows will be charged 100% of the service. If you book again you will have to pay the service in full upon booking. We reserve the right to block any no call no show clients from booking in the future.
Children: If your service is 1 hour or less you are able to bring your child(ren). Please make sure they are able to keep themselves entertained. If your service is longer than 1 hour please do not bring your child(ren) as it is hard for them to sit still for long periods of time.
Permanent Makeup Policy
If you are booking for a permanent makeup procedure- brows or lips please read all information thoroughly. By booking a procedure you consent that you have been fully informed on how to prepare for your appointment.
Permanent Makeup Clients must be 18 years or older. No exceptions.
Do Not consume caffeine or alcohol 24-48 hours prior to your appointment.
Do Not take Advil/ Ibuprofen or any other blood thinners within 24 hours of your appointment.
Please discontinue any use of accutane 6 months prior to your procedure.
Please discontinue any use of retinol, tretinoin, acids and vitamin c 30 days prior to your procedure.
Botox must be done 4 weeks prior or post your procedure as it will need time to settle.
Do not book if you have skin conditions such as psoriasis or eczema etc.
Clients with diabetes should obtain clearance from their medical professional before booking. Diabetes should be regulated.
Do Not Book if you have HIV/ Hepatitis or any other infectious or viral diseases.
Do Not Book if you are not post 2 years chemotherapy or radiation treatment.
Do Not Book if you are Epileptic.
Client must not be taking any blood thinners.
Client must not be pregnant or nursing.
There must not be any present wounds/ lesions on the face or brow area.
If you have a previous permanent makeup procedure make sure to text a picture of your brows to 404-992-7744 to be considered for an appointment.
If you are approved to book with previous permanent makeup, this will not be considered a touch up and you will need to book a full service. Touch up appointments are reserved for previous makeup clients of Brow Integrity only.
If you have any history of cold sores, understand the procedure can trigger an outbreak. You must begin an antiviral the day of the procedure and follow the prescribed instructions per your doctor.
If you have melanin rich lips, understand that it may take a series of appointments to reach your desired results. Touch up appointments in these cases are suggested every 8-12 weeks. Patience is key!
Lip filler must be done 4 weeks prior or 4 weeks after a lip procedure.
It is recommended to have healthy and hydrated lips before any lip procedure. Make sure to drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your appointment. You may apply a lip scrub/ lip mask up to 48 hours prior to your procedure. If you are within 48 hours of your appointment, it is not suggested.
