MY JOURNEY

Hi, I’m Jackie, CEO & Founder of Brow Integrity! From a young age, I always saw myself as a creative and have worked with different mediums of art. I also enjoyed doing my makeup and always payed particular attention to my eyebrows. It wasn’t until after I became a mom, that I discovered my creative nature and love for eyebrows went hand in hand. At that time, I immersed myself into online education and would watch countless videos of eyebrows services being preformed.

In 2019, I traveled to Charolette, North Carolina to take my first permanent makeup course for Ombré Powder Brows. Shortly after, in the spring of 2020, I took another course for Microblading here in the state of Georgia. For the remainder of that year, I found myself practicing tirelessly to perfect my technique. Towards the end of that year I discovered Brow Lamination and took an online course with the London Brow Company. At this time, I realized there was nothing else I could envision career-wise for myself.

January of 2021, I leased my first suite in Lawrenceville, GA. After 6 months of my suite and continuing to work full time as manager of a high end lash salon, I decided to dedicate 100% of my work to brows full time. With this decision, my previous trainer had posted online that they were looking to hire up and coming brow artist. I immediately jumped at this opportunity and did everything I could to make this opportunity a reality.

Soon after, I was putting in notice at the salon and taking models full time at the brow studio. I worked there for 3 years and quickly moved from a junior artist to a senior artist within 6 months. All while there, I perfected many techniques. I learned some new, like Lip Blushing and Hydra Lips. In less than 1 year I became the lead trainer for Brow Lamination and Lash Lift. My responsibility would be to train new artists for the company and any potential students looking to jump start or advance their career.

After 3 dedicated years, I decided I wanted more time as a present mom. With that number one goal in mind, I left the brow studio to open my own Beautique (a Beauty Boutique). In February 2024, I opened the doors to my suite.

It is in this space that I create my art, through my love for brows. In this space, I wish for you to feel a warm welcome, a sense of empowerment and confidence.
